Parker Pressley and Special Guest John Condrone

Parker Pressley, a native of Enka/Candler, NC just outside of Asheville, NC currently resides in Knoxville, TN. Pressley got his start, singing in the church he attended with his grandparents. They encouraged him to sing in church as often as possible in his early years. As Parker became older, he did not lose his love for music. He decided to get serious and follow his dreams and in 1993 got to work with Jimmy Snow, the son of the great musician Hank Snow. He won his first award for singing during this time also. As the years progressed, Parker became acquainted with some other great artists. In 2008, he had the privilege to work with the Bellamy Brothers, and in 2010 Clinton Gregory. All of his hard work has led to a career recording records for the Sims Record Label and in 2014, winning the New Horizon Entertainer of the Year Award for the North American Country Music Association International (NACMAI). Pressley entertains the crowd with covers as well as originals written by himself and fellow songwriters.

John is an Award Winning Dove & Grammy Nominated Songwriter with over 200 songs in radio, film & TV. He has had song cuts with SONY, Disney, Lamon Records, and many others. His #1’s include Kimberly Simon's "If You Stole My Heart" which was, also, a Top Twenty CMT video. He has had songs recorded by such amazing artists as Selena Gomez, Julie Reeves, Joshua Creek, Blue Water Cowboys, Queen of Hearts, David Carter, Jessie Keith Whitley, Thunder Express, Beau Fuller, Jason Ellis, Erin Ott, Parker Pressley and many others.

John has had songs placed on such television, film and other projects including ‘Nashville’, ‘Dawson's Creek', 'Charlie Chan & The Chan Clan', ‘Wizards of Waverly Place’, ‘The Good Lie’ (starring Reese Witherspoon), ‘Dolly Parton – Queen of Country’, ‘PlayStation’, ‘Happy Feet’, PBS series ‘Reflections’, ‘Wendy’s’, ‘The Perfect Proposal’, ‘Dixie County Line’, ‘St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital’, ‘American Cancer Society’ and various others. He has co-written with such amazing songwriters as Kim Williams, Jim McBride, Danny Wells, Jerry Salley, Gerald Smith, Scott Southworth, Heino Moeller, Karen E. Reynolds, Jonathan Dean and countless others.

John has been honored to have been Stage Manager for such acts as: Sara Evans, John Michael Montgomery, Travis Tritt, Darryl Worley, Trace Adkins, Joe Diffie, Chris Janson, Frankie Ballard, Trace Adkins, The WannaBeatles, American Idol's Laurel Wright & The Young Fables, and The Aaron Tracy Band.

John has, also, enjoyed a long career as Professional Wrestler , Johnny Meadows (with NWA, WCW, WWE & others), holding several World and Regional titles, having faced such adversaries as Ric Flair, Stone Cold Steve Austin, and many more of the ring’s superstars.
John is on the Advisory Committee for The Smoky Mountain Songwriters Festival and is available for songwriting workshops & seminars; and continues to actively write, pitch and produce in today's music scene. He authors the national e-zine ‘Songbird Café’ as well as, hosting the worldwide internet radio station “Songbird Café’ Radio”, “Smokin’ Country Countdown”, “Who’s Rockin’ In The Ring” wrestling podcast and is proud to have over 175,000 followers on his social media pages and blogs. In addition to being a much sought after Mentor, DJ, and Emcee, he continues to perform in excess of 150 shows per year.
